These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Pingo AI platform and all services offered through it. By registering or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pingo AI reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a technical error.
• Pre-match betting may not be available after a match has kicked off.
• In the event of any dispute regarding scores or match results, internationally recognised sources will be consulted.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, pingo ai's rules will apply to the affected bets.

For live betting, the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are final, even if odds change during the match. Differences between displayed and confirmed odds may occur due to network delays.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pingo ai. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Coordinated account management for arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack another user's account.
• Attempting to find or exploit security vulnerabilities in the pingo ai system.

Pingo AI believes that betting is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income. We always encourage responsible gaming.
